GetSparseMonths(df, nMinSiteFraction)
Arguments
- df
A data frame containing at minimum columns NMonth (month index)
and GroupID (site identifier).
- nMinSiteFraction
Minimum fraction of peak site count; months below
this fraction are marked sparse.
Value
A data frame with columns NMonth and sparse (logical).
